Bahamas Food Packaging Ltd. is a 100% Bahamian company that has been established for three years and is a subsidiary of Bapak Ltd. the established manufacturer of plastic bottles.
BFP Ltd. is a food processing company and produces a range of delicious foods under the brand name "Conchy Joe's".
The first products to hit the Bahamian market were "Conchy Joe's" Conch Chowder and "Conchy Joe's" Conch Fritter Batter, two delicious and conchy frozen products that were designed for both foodservice establishments and also retail. The great home-cooked taste and convenience of these two products made them an instant hit to chefs and busy Bahamians alike.
The next range to be introduced to the Bahamian market was the exciting range of hot pepper sauces. This range comprised four different sauces. "Conchy Joe's" Pepper Sauce, "Conchy Joe's" Hot Pepper Sauce, Conchy Joe's" Fiery Hot Pepper Sauce, and the hottest variety, the Conchy Joe's" Inferno Pepper Sauce.
All of these sauces are made with local Bahamian produce: fiery goat peppers, finger peppers, succulent papayas and mangoes, to create a perfect blend of heat and delicious flavour
— it is a truly unique Bahamian recipe. Our sauces are ideal for marinating meats and fish and for adding to dishes whilst cooking to 'kick them up another notch!'. A dash can also be added to burgers and sandwiches to add some tropical heat! These delicious sauces have been welcomed enthusiastically by our visitors and Bahamians alike.
The newest line of products produced at Bahamas Food Packaging Ltd. is not yet in the stores, but will be very soon. "Conchy Joe's" Potato Chips!. These fresh and delicious chips are manufactured right here in The Bahamas. The chips come in many delicious flavours, including Andros Barbeque, Inagua Sea Salt, and Acklins Cheesy Cheedar. These chips are the freshest chips on the Bahamian market, no storage or long journeys for these chips, they're delivered right from our factory to the store — that's what makes them so unique!
